This practice moves through a safe, fortifying sequence full of steadying standing postures. By experiencing a strong foundation in your feet, legs, and back, you'll slowly release discomfort with care and precision while supporting any physical changes that come with age. Postures include Chair, Uttanasana (Standing Forward Fold), Trikonasana (Triangle), Bird Dog, Chair variations, Ustrasana (Camel Pose), and The Pilates Hundred. Modifications are offered for those who are healing, and it’s a welcoming practice to return to. This class previously aired on April 14, 2025.
