By experiencing a strong foundation in your feet, legs, and back, you'll slowly release discomfort with care and precision while supporting any physical changes that come with age. Postures include Chair, Uttanasana (Standing Forward Fold), Trikonasana (Triangle), Bird Dog, Chair variations, Ustrasana (Camel Pose), and The Pilates Hundred.
