This Pilates-yoga fusion is designed to open your body and cultivate a sense of calm with a flowy series that increases flexibility and mobility. Pilates exercises will warm you up, then glide through Plank to Down Dog, Lunges with Cactus Arms, Eagle variations, and a strap-assisted hamstring stretch.
