This Recovery class moves slowly through deep stretches while focusing on the breath to release and let go of tension in your entire being. You’ll tend to your hips, hamstrings, IT bands, glutes, chest, back, *and* the mind-body connection. Some postures include Lunge, Pyramid, Down Dog, and Pigeon.
