Designed to alleviate knee discomfort, this practice gently mobilizes your hips and builds strength and flexibility in your quads. You’ll also explore how to modify some essential postures that can be challenging for the knees. Highlights include modified Utkatasana (Chair Pose), reclined lower body openers, 90/90, modified Bridge, and standing quad openers. This class previously aired on March 19, 2025.
