With a combination of twists, balances, and strengthening postures, this full-spectrum practice intends to support healthy aging by creating the conditions for agility, grace, and mobility. In a brisk-paced sequence, expect ab-activating Planks, Squats, Sun Salutations, Vashistasana (Side Plank) variations, standing poses, Ustrasana (Camel Pose), and core work.
