This practice combines Hatha holds and bodyweight strengthening to prepare your bones, muscles, mind, and body to approach life with fortitude, trust, and radiance. It's an empowering class to support you during the evolution that comes with menopause. In a strong sequence with a bit of challenge, move through Plank, Lunges, Mountain Climbers, Squat to Stand, and Revolved Triangle, then move to the ground for ab work, Supine Twist, and Savasana with intuitive hand placements.
