Flow, focus, and melt tension from your mind and body in this practice that features continuous, breath-led movement to release stress. You’ll maintain a mid-tempo pace from beginning to end, dropping into a sequence with minimal instruction. Postures include Lunge Salutations, Warrior I, Revolved Half Moon, Revolved Chair Pose, Warrior II, and Bow Pose. This class previously aired on March 12, 2025.
