With gentle movement and supported, long-held postures, this nurturing practice focuses on connecting to your inner resource of unconditional love. The slow-moving, reflective sequence includes Cow to Child’s Pose, Supported Sphinx, Supported Down Dog, Low Lunge, Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose), Supported Supta Virasana (Reclined Hero Pose), and Supported Twist, then finishes in meditation with chanting (Ahem Prema).
