This focused Vinyasa class adds a challenge with hand weights. While a strong and steady flow, you’ll still emphasize calm, balanced movement, so the practice remains attainable. Start with a seated spinal flow, work up a sweat in a Surya Namaskar C (Sun Salutation C) variation, strengthening balances, Navasana (Boat Pose), and supine core exercises, then cool down with hip openers.
