This creative class blends Pilates, Yoga, and Strength for a full-body workout that brings balance while strengthening your legs and core. Start with a standing warm-up, then move all around your mat with Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), supine exercises, kneeling exercises, Lunges, Warrior III, Plank, and a stretch.
