This higher-level Vinyasa practice progresses to Flying Pigeon Pose in a well-sequenced flow with several hip-opening postures and mindful strengthening. You’re invited to challenge yourself toward a more demanding arm balance, and it’s an excellent class to return to for witnessing your progress. Poses include Pigeon variations, Pasasana (a squatted twist), Figure Four Chair, Parsvottanasana to Parivrtta Trikonasana, and Eka Pada Galavasana (Flying Pigeon Pose).
