Lots of abs, parsva bakasana, and parsva vajrasana (watch it to find out what that is), as well as backbends and hip openers for total body balance. You'll need a blanket if you are on an uncarpeted surface or some paper plates for your feet if you are on a carpet (for the some of the core work). Props Needed: A blanket.
