With options to level up or down, this Vinyasa practice welcomes all levels to find opening and balance. Enjoy a full-body, breath-focused sequence that flows through Chair Pose to Sun Salutations, Eagle Pose, several backbends, abdominal work, and an inversion (Headstand or Legs Up The Wall).
