This is a go-to class for understanding the fundamental relationship between breath and movement. It helps you execute proper breath in exercises and creates space and strength in your entire body. Start with breath awareness, then practice Cat/Cow, Bird Dog, supine ab work, Single and Double Leg Stretch, Hip Curl, Reverse Plank, and side-lying work for your glutes and inner thighs.
