This practice will help release tension in your shoulders, neck, and upper back, allowing you to feel more calm, spacious, and renewed. This is a full, accessible practice that includes standing poses, twists, and a variety of upper-back openers that will have you feeling much better. You will need access to a wall and a block (or a block substitute).
