This powerful (but fun!) HIIT workout builds endurance and strength while challenging your cardiovascular effort. Using a set of hand weights or dumbbells, you’ll move briskly through a sweaty AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) series, including Push Ups, Front Squat, Bent Over Row, Deadlift, Bicep Curl, Shoulder Press, and Front Lunge.
