This is a short sequence to help alleviate the low back pain associated with the sciatic nerve. This is a very common pregnancy ailment that is unfortunately difficult to regulate. However, yoga can help manage the discomfort, create relief and prevent future flare ups. We use a chair, the wall, a strap, a blanket, and blocks in the sequence.
