Tone and strengthen your whole body in this Pilates fusion class featuring low-impact, compound exercises that utilize core activation. Prepare to sweat through Roll Down, Single and Double Leg Stretch, Tricep Extension, Bird Dog, Lunges, and Plank, then a short, well-deserved stretch is waiting for you at the end. Using ankle weights and discs will amp up the intensity and turn on slow twitch muscle fibers. This class previously aired on November 20, 2024.
