This higher-level practice has everything from forward folds to backbends, twists, and slightly longer holds to unwind your spine and quiet your mind. Start by grounding, then move steadily through Dog Splits, Reverse Warrior to Parsvakonasana (Side Angle), Parivrtta Baddha Ardha Chandrasana (Revolved Bound Half Moon), and Anjaneyasana, then finish with Child's Pose and Seated Forward Fold variations.
