This practice is designed for when you’re menstruating. The sequence helps you reconnect with yourself while respecting your cycle, offering your body both strengthening and restfulness. Flow with your flow through seated stretches, Bird Dog, Down Dog to Pigeon, and slow Vinyasas through a couple of standing postures before finishing with Supported Bridge, Supported Savasana, and Happy Baby.
