Cultivate spaciousness in your body and mind with this gentle practice that releases stress using longer exhales and mindful stretching. Move slowly through Crocodile Pose, Cat/Cow, breathy Sun Salutations, Triangle with a twist, Lunge, and Child’s Pose, then cap off class with breathwork (4:4:6:2 ratio) to finish feeling peaceful.
