This Vinyasa practice targets your core and Solar Plexus Chakra to create heat, which is excellent for cultivating strength and warming up in colder months. You’ll flow through a twisty sequence twice on each side while focusing on your breath and stoking your fire. Postures include Fallen Triangle, Chair with a twist, and Revolved Half Moon.
