This steady Vinyasa flow contributes to longevity by fortifying and strengthening your lower body (feet and ankles included), enhancing flexibility, and opening your front body. Expect lots of flow in a brisk sequence with Sun Salutations, Dog Splits, Revolved Lunge to Trikonasana (Triangle), Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon), Squats, and ab work, then finish with a restful Supine Twist and quick hip openers.
