Strengthen your ability to focus in this Vinyasa practice. The strong flow progresses through hip and shoulder openers to prepare for backbends while working on pulling awareness back to the inhale to train a one-pointed focus (concentration). Postures include Pigeon, backbends in Lizard and Low Lunge, High Lunge with Eagle Arms, Dancer Pose, and Seated Forward Fold. This class previously aired on October 14, 2024.
