This Hatha class is designed to comfort those recuperating from physical or mental overwhelm by increasing awareness and building resilience. Gently warm up with Sun Salutations, then practice Warrior II, Extended Side Angle, and Goddess Pose before entering a meditative state in seated postures, including Seated Forward Fold, Shoulderstand, Fish Pose, and Reclined Twist.
