When your mind feels scattered, turn to this Hatha practice to soothe your nervous system and ground your thoughts. You’ll move steadily through front-body-openers, hip-openers, and forward folds to finish feeling calm and collected. Postures include Low Lunge with quad stretch, Half Bow Pose, Pigeon, an inversion option, Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold), and Ardha Matseyendrasana (Seated Twist).
