This slow, moderate-level Pilates class really makes your body feel good. You’ll target your shoulders, hips, and spine with stretchy elements and strengthening exercises. Start with breath-infused Cat/Cow, leading into Bear Plank and Bird Dog, then roll into Roll Like A Ball, Hip Curl, kneeling Leg Circles and Sweeps, and Plank to Pike.
