This lower-body-focused Hatha practice clears, opens, and strengthens your hips as a way to balance your mood and overall state of being. Find a sense of stability while moving through a grounding sequence with Tadasana to Garudasana (Eagle Pose), Down Dog to Pigeon, standing postures and balances, and Chair variations, then finish with seated postures, including Supta Padangusthasana (Reclined Hand-To-Big-Toe Pose).
