This fun, higher-level class moves quickly through advanced Pilates exercises and strength work that challenges time under tension to enhance your abdominal, oblique, glute, and hamstring muscles. Start with a comprehensive warm-up, then put yourself to the test in a sequence that uses a resistance band and gliders.
