This Hatha practice sticks to standing poses and standing balances, which is perfect for when you want to limit weight-bearing on your arms or avoid being on the ground. Start with standing Cat/Cow and Half Sun Salutations, then flow through Crescent, Warrior II, Half Moon, Eagle Pose, and Dancer Pose before finishing with a brief cool down.
