This Vinyasa flow highlights the purpose of core strength in supporting your spine. You’ll move the spine in all directions to create more range of motion while also building strength in the entirety of your core. The steady sequence includes Sphinx, Plank variations, Warrior II, Side Angle, Standing Forward Folds, Crescent Lunge with twists, and Camel Pose, then finish with Reclined Twists.
