This Hatha practice holds space for all feelings, including grief or sadness, and helps you become more steady in body, mind, and heart. It’s a sweet, grounding sequence that alternates between standing, squats, sitting, and supine postures with pockets of stillness to sanctify your emotions and allow them to flow. Postures include Revolved Lunge, Parighasana (Gate Pose), Side Angle to Warrior II, Triangle to Half Moon, Cobra, Seated and Supine Twist, and Child’s Pose.
