This class provides what your body craves after sitting at your desk (opening, spaciousness, flexion, folding, and leg-strengthening) to bring your body and mind to a calm state. Using a chair, move through a grounding sequence with twists, dynamic Utkatasana (Chair Pose), Supported Anjaneyasana to Runner’s Stretch, Camel Pose, and shoulder- and wrist-openers.
