Pilates To Inspire - Preview
This fluid, creative class embraces flowery language, stretches, and varied movements to inspire good energy. Enjoy a meditative approach to allow your mind to wander (in a good way!) while moving through a strong full-body series with Roll Down, Hundreds, Leg Circles, Supine Stretch, a kneeling leg series, Plank to Lunge, and lots of lower body stretches. You’re invited to come as you are, not take anything too seriously, and even show up just to be still on your mat. This class previously aired on August 28, 2024.
