Bend, extend, and relax in this Hatha practice that moves through stretchy postures, standing balances, and seated postures. You’ll increase flexibility, improve stability, and release stress. Start with Low Lunge and Half Split leading into Warrior III, Extended Side Angle, and Half Moon, then peak in Boat and Camel poses before finishing with Shoulderstand and Fish Pose.
