This Restorative practice takes relaxation seriously, helping you to set everything aside and add some balance to a busy lifestyle. All postures are supported with props and focus on slowing down your breath and, of course, your mind. Start in Supported Cobbler’s Pose, then move slowly through Supported Child’s Pose, Supported Down Dog, gentle upper body stretches, Low Lunge, Supported Single Pigeon, and Supported Twist.
