This strong, steady flow considers the Ayurvedic Dosha Pitta (governed by the fire element) to help restore balance in your mind, body, and nervous system during the heat of summer. Flow through challenging yet accessible postures, including Reverse Tabletop, Navasana (Boat Pose), Revolved Chair Pose, and Vasisthasana (Side Plank), then finish with Sitali Pranayama to cool your body and focus your mind.
