This quick practice is perfect to release tension and shift into post-work life. You’ll address your entire body while incorporating breathwork and reminders to let go of what happened today into a flow with standing stretches, balances, backbends, and hip-openers. Postures include Plank, Trikonasana (Triangle) to Parsvakonasana (Side Angle), Cat/Cow, Vrksasana (Tree Pose), Cobra, Pigeon, Upavista Konasana (Wide-Angle Seated Forward Fold), and Legs Up The Wall.
