It’s demanding enough to focus your attention and soothing enough to settle your nervous system. Expect various forward folds and longer holds in a grounding sequence with Lizard Lunge, Dolphin, Wide-Legged Forward Fold, Headstand, Plough Pose, and seated meditation.
