Strengthen your legs, spinal muscles, and shoulders to promote a strong back and soft front, which is especially beneficial for posture if you often sit at a desk. Enjoy a grounding sequence with creative standing options and gentle reminders to stay open. Postures include Parighasana (Gate Pose), Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Uttanasana (Standing Forward Fold) variations, Lunges, Warrior II to Parsvakonasana (Side Angle), Cobra, and Bridge. This class previously aired on August 5, 2024. This is the second class in Elena’s five-class Yoga For Desk-Dwellers series, designed to boost energy, alleviate discomfort, and release tension in areas commonly aggravated by spending long hours sitting. These classes are great for unwinding after work and offer techniques to incorporate throughout your day.
