This repeatable practice balances and centers your body and mind. You’ll explore contralateral movement, twists, and one-legged poses while noticing your inner voice, building awareness to establish a new conversation. Flow steadily through Cat/Cow and variations in Down Dog, Lizard, and High Lunge before finishing in Fish Pose. Come back to this class regularly to reveal more learnings each time.
