This class is your place for a new beginning as you flow through a gradual progression that peaks with a standing sequence and then finishes with a quick Savasana. Postures include Cobra, Crescent, Janu Sirsasana, Warrior I, Tree, Vashistasana, and Camel. This class previously aired on August 4, 2024. Please note: At the 14:00 minute mark in Janu Sirsasana, the instructor stayed on the same side twice. We suggest switching to the left side on your own for the second side.
