This class helps you develop sensory intelligence while focusing on essential poses of a basic Hatha yoga practice. Using a block and a strap, move steadily through Hatha Lunge Salutations, Half Split, Warrior II, Triangle, and Tree Pose, then move to the floor for Cobbler’s Pose and Happy Baby.
