This higher-level Pilates practice builds strength and balance with challenging exercises. You’ll increase your (core) power in a series of functional standing and mat exercises. Start by warming up with Hundreds and Roll Down, then fire up in Roll Over, Teaser, Bicycle, and Plank work with gliders. This class previously aired on July 15, 2024.
