This Hatha practice creates space to simultaneously strengthen and rest, recharging your entire system. Child’s Pose and Down Dog are used as the baseline poses in a grounding sequence with Revolved Lunge, Uttanasana (Standing Forward Fold) variations, Utkatasana (Chair Pose) variations, Plank to Trikonasana (Triangle), Cat and Cow holds, and Cobra Pose.
