This practice presents a calming combo of flow, stretch, twists, and openings for your entire body. It’s an excellent cool-down class after a walk, run, cardio workout, or strength training. You'll tap into inner ease through Chair Pose variations, Sun Salutations, Runner’s Stretch, Malasana (Squat), Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Cat/Cow, and Seated Forward Fold.
