This Hatha practice welcomes you to find inner stillness. While emphasizing forward folds, twists, and inversions (wall optional), you’ll alternate between standing and seated postures for a strong, higher-level practice. Highlights include Pashchimottanasana, Dog Split to standing postures, Handstand, Padangusthasana, Pincha Mayurasana (Forearm Balance), and Sirsasana (Headstand).
