This vigorous, higher-level flow allows you to drop all narratives in your mind and fully experience your practice with less instruction. Expect lots of Vinyasas and twists in a sweat-inducing sequence that includes Chair to Revolved Lunge, Parivrtta Trikonasana (Revolved Triangle), Warrior III to Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana (Revolved Half Moon), Sirsasana (Headstand), and Bow Pose, then Pashchimottanasana (Seated Forward Fold) and Bananasana to cool down.
