This fun class invigorates every cell of your body by focusing on the breath and increasing physical awareness. Warm up with Spinal Undulation, then move through Roll Down, Hundreds, Saw, Hip Curl, a kneeling oblique series, and Plank hold. You'll get just enough challenge to strengthen and energize, plus lots of stretching throughout. This class previously aired on June 4, 2024.
