This practice allows you to relax deeply. Nurture your body and mind in a sequence that gently moves from seated to lying with no weight-bearing poses or Vinyasas. Enjoy staying present with your body to release what’s fluttering in your mind. Postures include Seated Straddle, Janu Sirsasana (Head-To-Knee Forward Fold), Supported Reclined Cobbler’s Pose, and Supported Bridge. This class previously aired on June 9, 2024.
